At Mindful Methodology, our goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. We believe that everyone has the capacity for personal growth and change, and we are here to support you on your journey. Our approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioural therapy, mindfulness, and psychodynamic therapy. We work collaboratively with our clients to tailor our approach to their unique needs and goals. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or other challenges, we are here to help.

Therapy is a collaborative journey where you are the expert on your own life, and I'm here to walk alongside you with professional guidance and genuine care. Healing happens in the context of a safe, non-judgmental relationship where you feel truly seen and heard.
My approach is rooted in trauma-informed care, integrating evidence-based modalities like CBT, DBT, attachment-based therapy, and motivational interviewing—tailored to your unique needs and goals.

My path to psychotherapy began in Thunder Bay, where I worked as an addictions counsellor with Indigenous communities. It was there, witnessing the resilience and courage of my clients, that I discovered my true calling. They collectively inspired me to deepen my skills and pursue my Master's in Counselling Psychology—because they deserved more than I could offer at the time, and I wanted to be able to show up for people in the fullest way possible.
Since then, my journey has taken me through diverse roles: as a Registered Behavioural Therapist working with children and families, as a crisis counsellor supporting individuals in their most vulnerable moments, and now as a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) building my own practice.
These experiences have shaped how I show up in therapy—with cultural humility, an understanding of how systems impact mental health, and deep respect for the strength it takes to ask for help. I've sat with people in addiction, crisis, trauma, grief, and transformation. I know that healing isn't linear, and I'm here for all of it.
I believe therapy is most powerful when it's grounded in genuine connection. You won't find clinical distance here—you'll find someone who sees your humanity, honours your story, and walks alongside you with both professional expertise and authentic care.
